MAX Immo is a real estate consultancy firm, specialized in the leasing and selling of prime retail and investment locations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We advise retailers on their expansion strategy and are able to locate retail units in the most sought after locations (Na Prikope, Parizska, Shopping Centers like Novy Smichov, etc.). Additionally we advise landlords on commercial leases and investors on their investment strategies.

Carlo Gradl, a native of Germany, has been living and working in the Czech Republic for more than 15 years and speaks fluent Czech, English and German. From 1994-2001 he was a partner at Apollo Real Estate Consultants where he specialized in marketing and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. From 2001-2006 he was working for the Prague based developer COPA as Sales & Marketing Director. He was mainly responsible for the leasing of COPA's real estate portfolio and for tenant relations and property management. Among his projects during that time were the Shopping gallery Slovansky dum, the restaurant and entertainment complex Hergetova Cihelna, the residential & commercial building Neuberkovsky palace, the hotel Celetna 29, the Mucha Museum and others. In 2007 he took the position of Director Retail at Colliers International, an international real estate consultancy. In 2009 he established his own company, MAX Immo, focusing on the lease and sale of prime retail and investment locations in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Carlo consulted many well-known companies and brands during their expansion such as Citibank, C&A, Douglas, Marionnaud, the French bakery Paul, Starbucks, Cerutti, Geox, Högl, Mandarina Duck and many others.
