Wenceslas Square 3 Prague 1MAX Immo has represented the seller, an Austrian developer and found the buyer GLL Real Estate Partners, a German The building is situated on the “Golden Cross” – the intersection of Prague‘s High Street Na Prikope and Wenceslas Square – one of the best retail locations in Prague.
MAX Immo was the exclusive leasing agent for the mixed-use building. Construction was completed in 2013 and is home to C&A’s biggest flagship store in the CEE region (6.000 sqm). Other tenants in the building are e.g. the real estate company Knight Frank and Wenceslas Square Terraces – top-quality serviced apartments with amazing views of the city.
In 2016 the building was sold. MAX Immo represented the owner in the deal with a German based fund manager, who acquired the building for an undisclosed, yet at the time unprecedented record yield.
